Re-construction and expansion of a residential building in Berlin-Mitte

This project dealt with the reconstruction of a freehold flat on the 5th floor and loft conversion. Both floors were merged to create a maisonette flat.

Re-construction of this building, originally built in 1995, took place from 2004 to 2005.
